All of our drop-in classes are one hour each and there is no pre-requisite or experience required for most classes. While we welcome walk-ins, to guarantee your space in class, we do recommend pre-registration to avoid disappointment.

Can’t decide what class to take? 20/20/20 includes 20 minutes of body sculpting with weights, 20 minutes of cardio, and ends with 20 minutes of core and ab work! This intense lower body workout class focuses on carving abs and lifting the booty. We use a variety of equipment to keep the content fresh and challenging. is a high energy, low-impact toning class that uses a series of classical ballet moves to sculpt your entire body. No ballet experience required. This class focuses on muscle building and toning of the upper body, midsection and legs. This intense cardio class incorporates strength-building exercises using the pole as your center and stabilizer. Belly dancing is a phenomenal workout to tone your midsection, arms and legs. Its focus is to turn you into an elegant and sensual dancer by isolating various parts of the body with the perfect dancer’s posture, hands and feet. While regular workout gear is all that is necessary, we encourage you to turn it up a notch and wear a scarf over your hips and dance shoes (ballet slippers are great). We take our moves straight from the hottest videos and coolest dance floors and incorporate them into a fat burning, fun, easy-to-follow routine that provides the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. Introduces you to the sexy chair dance while giving you an ab workout. We start with the basics and work our way up to a routine. Take a new spin on pole with Contemporary Pole Dance. Use the pole as a prop to push, pull, fall and recover your body as you move through space. Choreography will be intermixed with modern, jazz and ballet technique and will take you on a new journey with your pole by your side. is packed with funk, sexy hip hop and booty shaking that will raise your heart rate and make you sweat. Each class is a different ‘mixed tape’ using new and old songs with one new song added every week. Giving you the chance to master each step and add your own swag. Say farewell to that jiggle after a few rounds of this muscle-conditioning class aimed at tough-to-tone areas, such as the back of your arms and your inner thighs. Take a break from being Flirty and get serious in this no-nonsense circuit training class that focuses on form, muscle conditioning and endurance. The Instructor has a whistle and a serious set of pipes to put you through the paces. Using a combination of weights, calisthenics and a cardio circuit, you’ll be pushed to your limit. Are you tough enough? There is a lot of equipment used in this class, including Medicine Balls, Hula Hoops, Balance balls, Gliders, Bands, Ladders, Punching Bag, etc. A fresh and dynamic approach to total body conditioning on the mat. This class is inspired by principles of Pilates and classical dance techniques. Light weights, tubing and rings are used to sculpt, lift and tone your body. This hour of High Intensity Interval Training works major muscle groups. Using weights, stability balls and resistance bands, H.I.I.T. alternates between aerobic and anaerobic intervals to maximize calorie burn and muscle fatigue. Ever wish you could knock out that ex boyfriend or boss of yours?? Your flirty trainer will teach you how to train like a real boxing champ! Giggle your way through this class, where you’ll learn a sassy routine that you can perform on our lap dance chairs. Piloxing is an exciting new interdisciplinary program that mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat-torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout. Need to build up some strength for Pole Tricks?! This is your class to work on core, upper-body and endurance to help step-up your Pole strength. You’ll never have a hotter, more empowering workout. Hot beats and cool moves, will ensure you to leave feeling sexy and sweaty. We’ll help change your shape in this class, targeting areas using dumbbells, stability balls and your body’s own resistance. Elongate muscles as you relax into a soothing hour of intense stretching. You’ll feel refreshed – and maybe taller. This intense Hip-Hop cardio class has taken the dance fitness scene by storm in Miami and New York and now Flirty Girl is bringing it to Chicago. Inspired by moves performed by your favorite artists and the Miami nightlife, this women’s only Dance Workout delivers easy to learn combinations that provide a full body workout and an experience unlike any other. Each Vixen Workout creates a fun club atmosphere where women can let loose, forget responsibilities, and transform into their “alter-ego” or as we say “getting your Beyonce, Ciara, Rihanna on”. Women will be completing intense muscle toning movements hidden by clever choreography, loud music, and fun! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music, featuring aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt.
