4 WEEK SESSION CLASSES


Sign up for a four week session and learn a full routine and really build on your skills. You’ll come to class every week with the same instructor and the same women in your class so you’ll all progress at the same rate. Want to really hone your skills on the pole or learn a sexy chair striptease from beginning to end? Four Week Sessions will help you reach your goals - whether they are for fitness or for a special performance. We recommend registering in advance to secure your spot, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged.

POLE DANCE 101/202/303
Flirty Girl Fitness has the largest pole dancing studios in both Canada and the USA! A maximum of two students per pole ensures that everyone gets plenty of pole time. We start with basic pole dancing moves while focusing on stamina and strength. Each class will have you building on your skills as you learn an incredibly sexy routine. In the intermediate and advanced classes you learn to turn upside down on the pole and do loads of sexy spins. This class is a true full body workout and you will be amazed at how strong you become.
Video Vixen
Ever wish you could be a sexy dancer like Beyonce, Madonna or the Pussycat Dolls? Well now you can! Our amazing instructors put together an entire routine from the beginning to end of one of today’s hottest hits based on the video. You’ll need every minute of the four classes to perfect your routine. You’ll build on the steps each week until you have mastered and fine-tuned the routine... right down to the playful facial expressions! All exercise should be this fun. Plus, you will have exciting new moves to use on the club dance floor or at home in front of your mirror.
CHAIR STRIPTEASE
You'll never look at a kitchen chair the same way again! This class introduces you to the art of chair dancing while giving you the best abdominal workout you've ever had. No experience necessary. We start with the basics and work our way through a full routine so that at the end of the four-week session you'll be able to show off an unbelievably sexy chair dance routine.
